This prestigious status recognises our exceptional efforts in:

Fear Free Certified Professionals
Our team includes Fear Free Certified veterinary professionals, specially trained to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in pets during visits. Through low-stress handling, calming environments, and compassionate communication, we aim to make every experience more comfortable for your pet — and less stressful for you.
We work closely with a behaviourist and offer all our clients a free chat with Patricia should their pet benefit from it. We also regularly organise muzzle training for stress-free and responsible pet handling.
